Will I need to wait to chat with the librarian?
Patrons in the library have priority over online patrons. Chat patrons are taken on a first-come-first-served basis. If we are experiencing delays, we will let you know.
Will my information be kept private?
The librarian may save the transcript of your chat session for education and research purposes only. We will make every effort to protect your privacy. Any information you provide will remain confidential and only library staff will have access to your private information.

Monday-Thursday: 8am - 9pm
Friday: 8am - 5pm
Saturday: 10am - 2pm
Summer
Monday-Friday: 8am - 5pm
