Can you get information when the library is closed?
Yes!!!
Off-campus Access to Library E-Resources
Off-campus access is available to all DACC students, faculty and staff for several electronic resources. Users may access the Roadrunner Portal, download the VPN utility to their personal computer or call one of our circulation desks for passwords for individual databases.
Roadrunner Portal
Click the roadrunner icon to enter the Roadrunner Portal to search databases, our catalog and web search engines.
Or you can just click on this link to take you to the log-in page:
http://finder.tdnet.com/finder/ValidateProfileAction.do?profile=dabcc
Enter your last name and social security number and click Log-in. You may also use a generic login of “new” for the last name and “mexico” for the social security number.
VPN (Virtual Private Network)
Downloading this utility allows remote users to access campus resources that are normally restricted from off-campus access. It does so by first requiring the user to logon and authenticate as a member of the College community, and then it flags the user’s network traffic so that campus resources think the traffic originated from the DACC Campus.
